Jose Adrian Baez Perez: They always greeted me with a beautiful smile. The food is always perfect. Ice creams are my favourites. The bathrooms are always perfectly clean and equipped. I like it because it has two floors, one on the first floor that is super hectic where most people arrive and a second floor where it is quieter since not everyone wants to climb stairs; This is ideal for a quiet conversation while you eat and have a beautiful view of the city.

I assure you that it is the worst McDonald's I have visited in my life, I am very sorry that your employees have to receive complaints and I sincerely understand they cannot do nothing, however the agency that manages that franchise in Venezuela should take action on the matter .... and in that "restaurant" do something.
